If virtual_oss is not enabled when these rules run on startup, dmesg
will show the following messages:

Starting devd.
virtual_oss_cmd: Could not open control device: /dev/vdsp.ctl: No such file or directory
virtual_oss_cmd: Could not open control device: /dev/vdsp.ctl: No such file or directory
