Farewall, sysinstall! You served us well for many years, but 10.0 is one

digit beyond your time.

Various sysinstall dependencies (e.g. libftpio, libdisk, libodialog, etc.)
will be cleaned up in coming days. Some will take longer than others due to
a few other consumers (tzsetup and sade).
